I am in.  Not sure about the goals yet.  I will get back on that after chatting with someone who knows better than I do!  I am training for my first tri in August and the bike is my weakest part.  So, this is great timing since I have to kick it up!

My preliminary goal is 10 sessions 500 minutes but I'll work on refining it.
I would like to be on my Mentor Cats Team!

ok, I've got my goals...

9 sessions consisting of

2 spin classes
1 horribly wonderfully hilly ride
3 partial school commutes...there are a stink'n lot of hills between my place and school...and seeing as how it is a 35 minute drive I will not be biking the whole thing.
2  other rides...spin or bike
1 triathlon bike-leg in a race at the end of the month

All rides will be at least 40 minutes in duration...unless I manage a really fast bike in my race.

I guess that will make it a time goal...
9 sessions totaling at least 6 hours.

Okay, my training plan dictates that my goal should be 6 stages totaling 525 minutes. Yikes. That seems like a lot for me - but I guess that's why it's a challenge!

Thanks Cat for setting this up again.  I'm in for 7 stages, 500min (10% more min than last yr).  I'd love to be in Team Columbia again.

I'm in, but I have to figure this out... 8 stages and 120mi?  I *think* that might work for me, but I might have to edit that goal later since I think that's what I'd do in the whole month.

Now that Rob's in, I'm in too. This is our anniversary challenge I'll set my goal later once I have the schedule.

I'm in!  I have to think a bit about the goals.  Any team will be fine as long as they post about food and beer

12 sessions - 1125 minutes (Why does that seem like a lot?)  Also request to be on same team as swbkrun, jhagerman and dalessit - they are my MG peeps!

What? No tasers?

Dee, I am sure that you will find me with your tasers and cattle prod!  Can you clear your calendar for July 19th?  I think I need you to ride "support" on my century.

Kat, can you put Dee and I on the same team?  Her peculiar leadership style "inspired" me on the June running challenge...

Wait.... Are you calling me peculiar????

Hm. I think I need to zap you for that....

Although, hold on....

OK, you achieved 100% of your June Run goal (and a few minutes extra even). Therefore, you shall not be tased this month.

Peculiar..... Hm. I'll have to remember that comment for next month. Ha!

July 19th.... Got it marked on the calendar.

I should be easy to spot. I'll be the one riding behind you -- in a car, of course. And I'll be carrying this:

I think they should. It would make the race even MORE exciting.

Really?  There's a rule against your manager zapping you from the support car?
