Subject: RE: Body Composition ChallengeI weighed in today and not nearly as bad as I was expecting, 133. Based on the way my clothes fit, it's lack of toning in my hips and butt. I need to take my pics and measurements and get those posted. In the meantime, here are my goals and how I plan to get there. SETTING GOALS is important, but you need to have a PLAN AS TO HOW YOU ARE GOING TO ACHIEVE THEM! GOALS: 1- Look more defined and toned 2- 128 to 125 with a pipe-dream of 120 (I know its just a number, but wondering what I would look like and if I could ever get there) 3 - Be comfy in my size 4 jeans again. HOW: 1- Nutrition! For me, getting results....nutrition is about 90% of the solution. Starting at my 70/20/10 and as my body responds, increasing healthy carbs again. 1 cheat meal per week. 2- WATER! Skin looks better, aids in digestion, helps me feel full, healthy for the body! 3- Full body strength training 3x a week (Gat Ripped and Power Circuit Training DVDs), core work 5x a week 4- Cardio with High Intensity training thrown in 5- Daily affirmations, negative self-talk gets you no-where! Believe and SUCCEED!!!!! 6- Support my BT Body Comp team! |
