Here's a link to the spreadsheet:

https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/ccc?key=0An7ZkKfHG1L1dG1CZXg5VGRtM0JLWEExOVFTVGdQZHc&hl=en_US#gid=0

I had to update the cells for % of goal completed and % month completed.  Pretty easy to figure out.  Thanks guys!

Does it autocalculate points for consecutive days?
Yes it does! Thanks for the link to Jorge. He's from my hood and I'm excited to discover what all the buzz is about! I'll start with day 3 tomorrow so I'll be in sync with ya

Be afraid, be very afraid.....in all seriousness, this is a hard plan and I have never been able to finish the whole thing so I am setting my goal to finish it this year.

Okay, now I can say the spreadsheet entry is honest- 45 minutes on the drainer with Jorge's 1st week workout.  The pre-season prep.....always makes me wonder how the "real" training will go.

I need a serious kick in the A$$, I think I've gained a pound for everyday since my season ended on 9/11. I'm ready to get whipped :-)

An hour and a half mountain biking in a light rain. Not cold enough for points in the crappy weather challenge but good enough for points here!

Added my goals to the spreadsheet!  I have a really good friend in town (my roommate from college).  She's only here for a few days and then is moving to Hawaii and I probably won't see her for a very long time so I'm going to be spending a lot of time with here these next couple days which mean I'll probably not start my workouts until Friday or Saturday.  I plan on using Jorge's bike plan 3x a week.

thank you!

The details are under the programs tab too.  After programs, click under cycling, then winter cycling program.  There is a heart rate based or a power based schedule.  Last year was the first of the previous 3 winters I did not use it.  It does make a difference come Spring.  I have never done all the workouts but try to get in 2-3 a week.  That seems to still be helpful.

finally i am back on the bike. a month layoff from getting hit by a car, dealing with injuries from the accident, insurance company and my totaled bike, and fortunately being able to purchase a new bike. so back to my normal commute this morning, plus some extra hills, that is what i was doing for the prior 8 months. it does feel good today.
be careful out there.
