I didn't change any numbers for the week though. If you didn't have your logs up to date on Sunday night when I put the spreadsheet together we'll get the yards next week. What I do is take your total yds from your log, subtract last weeks totals giving me you new weekly total. There won't be any missed yardage I promise! Keep swimming hard you guys are all doing well! I did get in some measly yardage this A.M..... 550 yards... But heck, in June I could barely swim 50 meters without nearly drowning! So maybe by this time next year I'll be up to doing 2-3000 yards with ease and within an hour vs. taking all morning to complete! |

I'll just have to keep on keeping on. My shoulder is feeling Ok and not bothering me much at all. I'll swim again tomorrow. Have a great day all! |

Not fast but I am hoping as my shoulder gets stronger it will increase my speed. But the good news is that it is not hurting. 4th day with out any pain meds. So my total is 6900/12,000 |
