Did body composition this morning so i couldn't eat beforehand. Not eating breakfast doesn't suit me very well. Oh em gee you poor thing!!! Do your coworkers still have their limbs? Yes but only because I have cereal at my desk and am able to eat right meow. In other good news I lost 4 lb body fat and gained a pound of muscle. Also, oddly my right arm got 3% bigger and left 1% smaller. Ha! Congrats on the BMI changes. As for the arms ... |

Especially on an already slight build (ha, one day I'm calling you fat, the next you're thin, snerk). Was scheduled to ride 2:00 tonight and was feeling pretty woozy at 1:45. So I quit and took up two bowls of Cheerios I thought of you. |

Ha! So glad you think of me. I got these weird knock-off cheerios at Target (or at least I think they are knock off) and they are called Vrooms and have a NASCAR driver on the front. |

On Ann-Marie's 17th other hand, though, that could result in spectators essentially waterfalling during the whole tri. We're going to need you and all those multi-tasking hands for our aqua tri. You know, to hold the drinks and such. So, yeah, keep your calendar open. If this happens in Bali I am so IN!!! If not well who knows, never say never I'm always up for some travel! I believe it will have to be. I don't really want to do this in the Puget Sound and I think Yanti might literally die in those water temps. (44 degrees in the winter to a scorching 54 in the summer) BALI BABY! |

It turned into bronchitis. Miserable. I was supposed to start marathon training this week. So not happening. Maybe very slowly (and shorter?) if I'm feeling better Saturday or Sunday. Pick it up in week two wont hurt get well firstThat's my plan. I'm thinking of just taking a long walk or doing an hour WALKING on the treadmill on Saturday. Starting to get this gunk out of my chest, but it is definitely not better. I don't want it to continue to linger, so I want to focus on getting better. I think I can jump in at week 2 or 3 without any issues. |

I think this is one of those situations (especially because you have continued to get worse, not better) where you just want to completely rest. |
