Ahhh gotcha.

I have a huge training weekend ahead. But having not much else going on, I'm okay with that. It will be nice to not be out of town or racing or some such. There is a 5K in my neighborhood that I was going to race tomorrow, but I think I'm just going to grab a coffe from the local coffee shop and cheer people on instead. 

Fall is here where I live! High temps in the low 70s and sunny. It's really nice.

yes and no...spent a whole lot of time in the car this weekend so that didn't help, but i'm up and around, carrying stuff and bending most times without clutching my lower back like an old lady.  i still haven't tried to workout on it...maybe a swimmie tomorrow?

Chemical interaction between the lye in Drano and sodium hypochlorite (bleach)??

I only thought ammonia + bleach created the toxic fumes.

Hi TAN. OK as per the doctor I took four days off ... did nothing other than eat and watch football and walk around Denver. So ... it's back to the bump and grind. Well, the grind anyway. If my foot and azz aren't healed I'm going to be quite the angry.
