Blizzard of Oz part 2 has begun. Another 8-14 inches this afternoon/evening.

I bought a shovel in Oklahoma yesterday on my way back from (70 degree, sunny) Texas. You can't find one in this city. Also went to the store, which had been ransacked. People have panicked and hoarded. Strangely, there were plenty of fresh veggies left (except onions, broccoli, cauliflower and bananas). But I picked up tons of great stuff and have enough for 3 or 4 big meals if I can't get out of the house again.

 



I honestly just asked and my boss won't let me use `Blizzard of Oz' in my story on the Kansas storm. Sigh.

Tomorrow is up in the air, depending on how much snow came in. It's coming down as we speak! I would guess I'll be working from home though. 

Race was good! We just ran slow and steady. I experimented with real food nutrition and ate only water, dates and turkey jerky (only turkey and spices, no sugar or preservatives or anything). I felt great!

Prolly for the best. A lot of people in those situations only listen to what they want to hear.  It's not the greatest to throw something like that out for strangers in a forum to comment on. Hearing all the stories, one gets a skewed perspective.

I just read the dating thread.  My only comment is that I've led a very sheltered life.

I saw the divorce thread but only read the first couple of responses which were predictable.  It must have gotten more interesting before it got euthanized.
