Expert 1023 Malvern, England | Subject: RE: Ironman USA Lake Placid : Official Thread I'm with you Jenn I will run outside however deep the snow is (although I am trying to do my long run inside to acclimatise myself to NOLA for April). The only time I won't run outside is when it is too icy and that is rare. Now biking, nope not outside til it gets much warmer. I get sooo cold. In fact my toes get cold riding the trainer inside sometimes. I'm up near Rochester (Pittsford) and they are great at clearing snow (should be the taxes we pay!) but I am from UK and if there is a half inch of snow there the whole country grinds to a halt! |

Get crackin'! Jeebus. You're right! I *almost* hit 12 hours... 11 hours and 21 minutes. But, but, but, I'm pretty sure I read triathlon-related magazines for well over 2 hours last week, which totally counts as 'mental' training and strategizing. So THERE! SOMEONE hit 13 hours, mo' fo'. =p <- notice my apostrophes this time. |
