Short run on tap for tonight, per plan. Tomorrow, long bike + swim.
One issue I'm finding is that Masters is giving me too many things to work on and so I need to start prioritizing. Otherwise, I'm getting too confused and doing nothing well. My glide is too short, my recovery hand is not where it's supposed to be, my head is too low, my hips don't snap, and apparently (a non-priority thing ) my right hand does funky things when it comes out of the water, causing my coach to laugh.
I'm assuming the long glide is the first place to start, along with the recovery hand? Thoughts? |
