Twist my arm.

2 years and 5 months ago I was right at 200 lbs. Now I'm getting ready to compete at IM CDA. Amazing what you can do when you remove I can't from your vocabulary.

I am very impressed with the transformation photos you posted. It's great to see the change even though it was over several years. Way to go. So when do I start. I noticed a few leaves in the pool?

Well, the pic was taken right before *I* vacuumed the pool out. It is officially open, the pool is clean, and our polaris (automatic vacuum) is running and keeping it tidy.

But I could use a maid for the house. Any takers?

Edited to add: thanks for the comments on the transformation pics. I started with weight watchers, then went to running with Team in Trainining, and then progressed to triathlons. It has been a work in progress. But the fat girl I once was is gone. Never to be seen or heard from again.

Here's the thing -- you keep getting messages like "great transformation" and "congrats on the progress"... Not that those messages are wrong, but it reminds me of American Idol, how they keep telling David Archuletta how good he is "for his age".

So I'll just say, regardless of where you've been, it's an unqualified...
