that is fantastic!!!  a 6 minute PR, that is quite a feat!  soon you'll be sub-2hr too!  great job . 

I had a PR for a half on Sunday as well.  2nd half marathon ever.  The first one was Sept 2006 ran 2:21:05, that was the Air force half.  That race has several nice little hills. 

This one I ran a sub 2:00:00 but it was flat.  The total gain was 1000 feet, but I think that is being very generous.

i just tallied us up and we have run 410+ miles as a team so far!!!  yeah!!!

well guys, looks like we have dropped into 4 place, but it's really close up there.  let's all step it up!  it looks like there are plenty of teams who are all going to hit 100%, so we need to do it too!!!  go team!

BOO! 

Just logged 3.12 during lunch. Missed the AM run due to a son who needed to be rocked back to sleep and the pelting rain was the final straw. Had some disturbing news at work and my lunch time run really helped me clear my head.

Thanks to everyone for the kind comments, I'm on a great team.

Only 9.7 mile left and 3 away from my all time monthly high.

Well Trigirl10 and I added another 5 miles each last night.  That puts me at 48.4 out of 60 miles.  That makes it 80% complete for me, and Trigirl10 is at 86.5%.  So we will both be finishing long before the 31st.
