I think I'll drink a Mich Ultra and in my mind wish it was a margarita. At least there's no calories in wishing.

...aaand i'm back up to 145.  I don't really know how that happened so I have to assume that I wasn't really watching what I was eating (that and the 6 glasses of wine I drank on Friday).  But 2 lbs is a lot of calories! I feel like I would have noticed overeating that bad!

G'morning Skinnies,
My weight has not changed this week. Still at 167 where I started the month. Goal is 160 so I better get moving. Exercise has been good, but I think I need to cut out the Nutella for breakfast. Bummer!
Jo

Afternoon, ya'll.  My weight is the same as last week: 125.5.

From August 1 through today, I've done 9.5 miles.

jenni if you are getting headaches it is probably caffeine withdrawal.  Drink some coffee.  No sugar or creme either.

DO NOT EAT THE CHIPS.  Send them to me....I love me some chips and salsa (just the juice, no veggies).

I thought I was the only person who ate chips and salsa that way...saling4...you make me feel somewhat normal.

My weight this morning is still at 164, but I did manage my logest run to date...4 miles.  NO LAUGHING!  I thought it was awesome.  I treated myself to a real pair of running shoes.  Had my foot, arch, and gait analyzed.  Turns out, I land perfectly...no pronations or any of the other dozen words I could have been.  I ran just right.  She couldn't answer why I'm so slow though.  Oh well.

Glad we don't have to weigh in tomorrow, as I just polished off a bottle of wine for dinner.  Maybe not the best meal.

Forgot to weigh in today as life is just crazy. On a good note the little man is making the turn. He ate a little today and is talking again. YEAH!

Well....hell...where to start.  Went to doctor today for my 6 week checkup on my lap-band...and I got a little bit of bad news.  Apparently the tubing connecting the port to the band is coming apart, he wanted me to go under tomorrow and have it reattached, I would not let him becuase my first tri is August 23 and I have been busting my hump trying to get ready for it.  SO on August 29, I go back under the knife to have it redone.  Looks like my golf game is done for the year and my half mary in Decemember could be in jeopardy.  I think I should be able to start the training for the half just a couple of weeks late....but I am unsure at this point.  I guess I am just bummed...sorry to vent.

Well Carla I guess there are two of us.  Most people just think I am weird the way I eat salsa.  Okay,  A lot of people think I am just weird, but that is another story.

Carla:  4 MILES....WOOHOO!!!!  I remember when I couldn't run around the block and thought running a whole mile was a Gold medal event.

I know it's not Wednesday, but I'm down a pound this morning.  Liquid diet (wine for dinner) is the key

Yell so I went and got a BodPod reading last night..the scale said i was about 3 lbs less than what the stupid jenny craig scale said the day before.  I know it's important to weigh on the same scale, but is it possible for a scale to get out of whack within 1 week?  Any ideas about the fluctuations?  I'm so annoyed

I was going to ask the same thing, but feared I was the only one who didn't know.

I weighed 203 this morning, and want to be 199 at the end of the month

Thanks!

sorry, it's one of the several methods for measuring body composition/body fat percentage, and it's a little easier than a hydro (water) test.  There's an associated scale with it...I guess mentioning that it was a bodpod scale was somewhat irrelevant.
