Am on target for the month..haven't missed a workout in 10 weeks so this is pretty normal for me.

Next week is my rest week and I get my first day off since Xmas but still have 3 runs including a 10K, 4 bikes and two swims. My new coach has a very different thought as to what a rest week is compared to my last coach.

Enjoy your training everyone!

Wow! You've certainly been working hard!!! Enjoy your, ummm "rest" week! I certainly can't say I haven't missed a workout in 10 weeks. I don't know - sometimes life just seems to get in the way. Good job sticking to the plan!!

Had a nice fast run today and followed later this afternoon with an awesome ride on my BLUE.  Does anyone else feel vulnerable riding aero when alone?  For some reason it really unnerved me today.

Got a bike and a run in today.  I'm about 36% overall, so I think that's a little bit behind.

Biked and ran again today.  I'm on track with running and about 15 minutes less than where I should be on the bike.

Looks like we also need to be better about updating the spreadsheet!!  I went through and checked everyone's' logs against the spreadsheet.  There were a few that hadn't been updated at all since last time.  As of today, we are at 54.67%, so that is WAY better than the total that was reported.

Keep it up team!!!!

I got in a ride today.  I'm really sick of riding on the trainer!  I'll looking forward it to being a little warmer and getting to go outside.

TODAY TUESDAY TUESDAY TUESDAY

1 hour OWS---I think not, not wetsuit, nowhere warm enough, unless I'm an ice cube, so I think I'll pull an intermediate swim workout from BT and have some fun...

and 30' recovery run---just call me patches, I've put 6 patches on the jogger tires, and apparently have more to add, 'cause they're still leaking enough to warrant it...

and you all?

GO TEAM WASH'T'N!

Hi team... looks like my numbers are going to be low this week - sorry!! Sick & vacationing kids cut into my workout schedule early in the week, and a family ski trip will reduce my training time at the end of the week... I'm gonna have a lot to make up next week!!!

I changed my plan today, I will go run tomorrow instead. There was like 6 inches of snow on the street when I woke up today.

Since I was up, I went downstairs to do a trainer ride

What is everyone up to today?
