If he can hold 7:30 pace he will earn that kona slot! I don't think that's going to be enough today. Top 10 in his AG are already through 21 miles holding 7:30 and he is at an 8:15 now. But he already has his slot from IM Cal. Funny thing is he sent an email to a friend of mine a few years ago asking if she knew of any training groups in this area, and she forwarded it to me. LOoked up his results... yeah right!!!!  |
