Champion 16743 Somewhere I can be nekidd | Subject: RE: Christmas Cookies - Du-December Challenge Good morning team!!! I have a bunch of miles to add to the spreadsheet. I don't think I added my 4 mile run from Friday, then 8.91 yesterday. It was 36 and breezy when I went out yesterday. When I got home I took a long hot bath, then a nap. I just kind of took it easy for the rest of the day then, I'll get them added to the spreadsheet tonight. Great job on the 5K Dee! Kimk - love the new avatar! |

Champion 14677 | Subject: RE: Christmas Cookies - Du-December Challenge Hey Cookies. I have been sick for the whole dang week. Including the weekend. That is just plain wrong. Now that it is Monday I am feeling better. Good, but I feel like I should have a weekend- do over. Sigh. I am going to see what I need to do to adjust my goals. I sure don't want to bring the team down. I hope to get a run in today to test the system. Happy Monday all! |

Team leader, let me know how much you are going to reduce the goals by. My quick calculation is to reduce by 20%... Edited by ashort33 2009-12-07 3:37 PM |

Though balmy compared to what some folks have. |

Elite 3447 West Allis, WI | Subject: RE: Christmas Cookies - Du-December Challenge Good morning Cookies! What is on the agenda for everyone? We are getting snow on top of wet roads....no running outside for me today, will try to hit the TM when the girls are at swim team. I need to teach sports of all sorts for the kids then to another Y for silversneakers and then I teach Body Vive at my Y tonight and take bodyflow, I will get the run in somewhere! So as for the "other" challenge, I say everyone must post at least 3 times a day! Come on....the chattiness keeps the month movin! *Slipin and slidin into Tuesday! Master 2429 Falls Church, Virginia | Subject: RE: Christmas Cookies - Du-December Challenge I got my run in yesterday, despite some yucky weather, and I don't have another challenge-oriented workout planned until Wednesday. All in all, I am still right on track. I'm doing a cookie exchange with my family for the holidays, and I'm going to start that baking next week. Until then, I have lots of yummy ingredients calling to me in the pantry. So, do we have a team leader? I don't think we do, but I nominate Kim, because she's chatty and friendly and can keep up with everyone. |

Elite 4201 washington state | Subject: RE: Christmas Cookies - Du-December Challenge Morning all, I swam yesterday but that doesn't apply to this challenge! Just to the peach challenge. I need to run today, but it is pretty cold here (at least for what we are used to!) My plan is to run on my lunch break when it will be a little warmer. Can't find my ear band though, so I may have to wear a cotton sweat jacket with a hood. I will have wicking layers underneath. Hope it works! |
