Today my schedule includes making a nutrition plan for the week. I'm going to sort out my breakfasts/lunches/snacks. Flat line is better than what I did this weekend. Sometimes this weight loss thing mystifies me. I did a long run and a hill workout. With the stuff I had to do Saturaday I only got two meals in, then I fasted Sunday. I even restrained myself at dinner last night. I wanted to eat more. It was sooo good. But I held back. Then this morning I weigh in and my weight is up. I just don't get it. No fasting Paul. Eat regular small-medium sized meals throughout the day or else you'll take the chance of messing up your metabolism. If you want to make up for a "cheat" day, then eat more fruits and veggies, and cut the junk on your make up day. I want everyone healthy and safe! I don't want to hear about anyone else starving themselves. |
