It's 185 a night for me.  That's a bit steep. for an already espensive weekend...  $100 would have been doable.

Dude. I told you to book it like two weeks ago.

Yikes - I have no idea why the price jumped so much.  Maybe call them to see if you can get a better deal?

I could...  I also have a friend who manages in a nice hotel there.  Hyat or Ritz or something.  I'm going to look into that.  She MAY work at a sheridan owned hotel, so she might be able to work a deal at the Four Points since is Sheridan owned.

Fingers crossed that it's the Sheraton!  Regardless, it would probably be a good idea to get something booked as soon as you can.  It's gonna be a great time next year - I hope you guys wait at the finish line for me!

Down to the last of the leftovers, thank goodness.  Made a small batch of turkey salad this morning.  nom nom nom...  But it will be nice to eat some new things.

Hey!  I'm going to throw a fish and chips dinner party if anyone is interested.  I also have a "Rock Band" party.  Bring booze and your best Guitar Hero skills, Drum skills, or a good set of pipes for the mic.

I don't know how much alcohol you'd have to give a farmyard animal to get it to do you.

Hey, I mentioned it to Tony, but I had a thought to just race with you.  I guess it depends.  If training is going well and I'm lean/light.  I may try for a sub 11.  If things are like this year, (or worse if I can't get "balanced" after surgery), I thought it would be fun to do the course with someone...  I would even let you cross the line first!  haha!

I like that idea!  It will definitely depend on how training is going, but doing the race with someone would be great!
