I have several things to offer up.

  1. Women's size medium Javelin uniform - tri top and tri shorts - worn probably 4-5 times
  2. DeSoto women's size small yellow and black tri top, washed but never worn.  Yellow isn't my color
  3. Sugoi women's medium tri shorts.  They have a pretty long inseam - like 8 inches I think.   Decent condition, but they're from '04.
  4. Total Immersion book
  5. Tyr swim paddles, size Medium said to be for "National females, triathletes, mid-level masters."  They were way too big for me.  Unless you are a really strong woman, I personally think these are for men!  They were good for my husband but using them bothers his shoulder.

Edit: sorry, my pics are out of order, but I think you can figure out what they are

Nan does't blog on BT, but was SOOO excited to get the Top.  I was on the phone:  Her exact words were:  OH...It's an XS...can I fit it?  slight pause....  Shriek...it fits!  it fits!!

So Thank you very much Nancy!!

How are you guys handling shipping?  I have some stuff that I would like to give away but I don't really want to go broke shipping it out.  What is the protocol?

In the spirit of the post, I chose to handle all expenses of shipping.

True, but if it's free, I wouldn't mind putting up 2, 5, or even 10 dollars for something if it was really good!

I too have been providing the shipping. Now, I have been using Postal Service so it is cheaper and may take longer, but when it's free you can't expect next day air or even ups. The wheels that I gave to kproudfoot would have cost 45 to ship with UPS so I went the cheapest route and paid 30 or so for USPS. He also offered to reimburse for shipping due to the larger packaging.

So I guess it just depends on what you are offering, but like greenmtnman said, if it's free I don't mind paying for shipping if it helps everyone out.

Just my take on things.

Just do whatever you and the other person decides. I'm sure they will pay shipping or 1/2 of it or something if you ask. Maybe put your offer out there and then say, "taker pays shipping." Then you know anyone that responds will have notice.

I personally have been handling postage and have been going through USPS but who knows in the future. Sometimes my budget might be tight. Just do whatever you feel comfortable with.

Awesome idea. All I got is some bike stuff. I'm still collecting tri toys myself and you'll have to pry my Trivents from my cold dead fingers. Anyway:

A random jersey. Vrider or something. large

A red Nashbar sleeveless. large

A BRIGHT Trek sleeveless. large The jerseys aren't worn out or anything, I'm just addicted to Sugoi now, and the sleeveless don't leave the cool cyclist's tan line.

Shimano shoes. They don't have cleats and they take the mountain ones. Worn a good bit with my first road bike, but servicable. Mens 9 (43euro)

Shimano pedals, of the mountain variety, but work just fine on a road bike. (would go good with the shoes) These are in great shape.

Addidas gloves, size medium, never worn.

Pedals are spoken for. All that's left are old shoes w/o cleats. I have a feeling I'll be paying those forward to the garbage can.

Well the shoes won't be hitting the trash can afterall. Have somebody on deck who WANTS them, but was willing to wait a while for someone who NEEDS them.

So if you just wanted a trainer shoe, they're gone. If you NEED them for the road or trail, speak up (or within the next week or so).
