Okay, it's not the HIM I planned on (I'm a chicken about that long of an OWS)--BUT I signed up for an OLY in it's place so I'm trying to build confidence in that whole OWS thing (and being on the bike that far). Plus, I won't have to recover so much from that to push for the fall marathon training and can just focus on building run distances most of this season. Am I rationalizing that decision? Too bad, I already ponied up the money to register for the Oly |

This is the total amount that you have completed as of the reporting date. 3) You can update the spreadsheet as often as you'd like. However.... Your cumulative amounts must be entered in this spreadsheet by Sunday evening, your time on the following days: - Jan 6 - Jan 13 - Jan 20 - Jan 27 - Jan 31 4) If you have trouble using this spreadsheet, please let your Team Captain know. I ran a little over 5 miles today, so I am currently at 7.45 miles for the month of January. I updated the spreadsheet to reflect that. I know I'm a little behind, but I've been sick. This week should be better. |
