No...I figured it out.  It just required going back to the beginning and redoing work.  I hate that.

Problem 1: I deleted some header data, but that pushed up two columns.  So, when I used VLOOKUP on those two columns, the data didn't make any sense.

Problem 2: I sorted data, but forgot that I had a column hidden.  Unfortunately, this is the VLOOKUP index, so again, the data was getting all screwed up.

Stupid mistakes.  Obviously it should just read my mind and I wouldn't have these problems.
