Just adjust your goals down for the rest of the month so you get credit for what you did.
I'm going to have to adust my goals too. Came down with something starting Wednesday evening. Went to bed at about 6 last night and didn't get up until10:30 this morning. Cough isn't as bad but I still ache and my energy doesn't last long. I'm good for about 30 minutes and then have to sit down again.

I've updated the sheet, the best that I can. I am going to fall far short of my goals this month, and I am sorry.  I'll do better, but there is no way I can run 30 miles in the next 3-4 days.  I will do what I can and hopefully drop a couple of pounds as I have not done well there either.

Spent most of the afternoon cleaning the apartment... it looks amazing now But I gotta head out for a run... it's cold and windy out and part of me just wants to curl up under a blanket and watch tv and work on some homework for the rest of the day.

I have 81% complete with my 2lbs of weight loss accounted for. I am missing two runs and I will be completing a run tomorrow, which will save me some %. I got 13 coke free days and my goal was 10 so I cashed in on the 5% bonus.

It's been great doing challenges with you all! Sorry I haven't been around much this month. Hoping to develop a routine with the new job and home by January, after the move.
