I'm going to take all my favorite girls there.

I saw your picture on FB and I was going to post about how your were missing MNF and a great game, but I decided not too!

I was a little disappointed when I heard how good the game was, but it was two teams I really don't care about and I get enough football in.  It was a good time out though.

AND we finished up Game of Thrones afterwards (well, she did, I was just watching it again with her).  It was fun to see her reaction to the last few episodes after I had to bite my tongue for six months not to spoil it for her.

I had a dentist appointment this morning, the doc opened the nitrous big time for me because he said my lung capcity was much bigger than his other patients. I felt nothing, almost fell asleep!

It was the best I felt since Redman!

I know it's like a have a real job and responsibilities - don't worry already forming my support team and delegating things off quickly.

I been ok, health has been sub-par but hoping the worse is behind me.  On a good note being super sick = super slender so all the weigh from not working out has disappeared but weaker than S H I T Z!!!!  Fight back now!

How is everyone in here?  Seems like everyone is an Ironman - way to GO!!!!  Hugs and kisses James

Hey Cheri.  Good to see you around.

So, burned my mouth on some overly hot soup at lunch and then got a haircut where they proceeded to nick my ear a couple times AND get tiny hairs down my shirt so ITCHY.  Not the most comfortable lunch I could have had.

I know.  Same for me with MTB.  I like riding, but the 30-45 to get there and same to get back?  Yuck.  Same thing happens with hitting golf balls.  I want to hit, but don't want to pack up the clubs and drive to the range.  I bought my own net for the back yard, but it's not the same.  Also, it takes 10 minutes to set it up and 10 to take it down.  So I want to hit balls, but I don't want to set up the net to hit balls.  Now if I had an indoor simulator?  Wow, I would be playing all day long.

I do yoga at home, but again, it's never the same.

The job is making me work today, too.  Bah!
I need a j-o-b where I don't have to work, or show up, but I get paid a lot.

Somebody, make it happen for me... I don't have time for that.

 Where ya going for vacay??

I'm so ridiculously excited for Friday night!  Is it wrong that I'm already trying to plan what the heck I'm going to wear to work and whether it will do for dinner as well?

I contemplated a flu shot - never gotten one before and the company's free program started this week. I hear about people getting flu-like symptoms (yes I know it's not the "real" flu but it's all the same to me!) so if I do it's going to be after the race.

My arm was LITERALLY disabled after my tetanus shot this spring. I could not move it for the better part of 3 days. It was awful. I hope the flu shot is not like that.

Only reason I got mine was that it was free for me and my family.

Last night, me and the family went and saw Chris Tomlin play, it was a great concert!

Training our bodies to work efficiently in Zone 2 will help us keep our HR and pace even throughout an Ironman. This theory would hold true for the bike and run portion of an Ironman race.
