Expert 1007 Hattiesburg, Mississippi | Subject: RE: PowerPuff Girls Well... maybe I am changing my mind about my workout... I might do a brick, the biathlon is a 5K and then a 10 mile ride, not to bad, but a brick might be a better choice since later in the week it's supposed to be storming and will probably not be able to get a ride in. |

And I'm a little masochistic so the pain feels good |

I normally wouldn't recommend a brick 3 days before a race. I guess if you take them both pretty easy you might be able to get away with it. Stupid weather always messing up training plans |

It is a good thing this isn't a multi-sport challenge. I'd have to come shove you into the pool.Yeah I am bad with swimming I hate the fact that I have to go at specific hours and not whenever I want to. X2 on that. Dang gyms and their strict hours. Not to mention the aquaerobics classes that like to kick me out before my workout is done Sorry that would be me! They need to move too ya know |

Stupid weather always messing up training plans I figure what I will do is a very light version of things, more so that I can get used to the transition thing again. |

Elite 3595 Quebec, Canada | Subject: RE: PowerPuff Girls Just to give you an idea of who Pierre Lavoie is. The guy has done 25 ironman, went to kona like 8 times. Won his AG 3 times in Kona. Has been the holder of the world record for a couple of years for the 40-45 AG in Kona. He's an awesome guy who has an awesome attitude. He lost two of his kids who both died of a really rare sickness when they were young, 2 and 4 years old I think. During his conference he talks about all those experiences he had to go through during his life. He's just amazing, he does a lot of activities to raise awarness about this sickness and others. He also raise money to help with the research. I could have listen to him for hours, the guy simply amazing. |

I haven't come up with a good one yet. |
