HEY!

When I just punched my numbers for this week's end, I noticed some wayward numbers in my cells---no biggie I just over-wrote them of course.  I just figured that everyone might should take a gander at their numbers to ensure everything is punched in correctly.

GO TEAM WASHINGTON! YOU ALL ROCK the CASA!

ACK!! What a bummer!!

Back from a weekend of skiing myself. We had a GREAT weekend - but with travel days on either end, it really ate into my workout schedule! I've got A LOT of ground to make up this week!!!!

WEEK 3 CHALLENGE UPDATE

Here are the current standings. Please note that the percentage for Team Edison includes some workouts entered for week 4, and I didn't have the time or energy to go back and calculate the actual percentage at the end of week 3. So... the Team Edison value is a bit of an over-estimate for end of week 3 - but - SHEESH!! What a bunch of OVERACHIEVERS!

1ST PLACE: Team Edison - 91.22%
2ND PLACE: Team Washington - 69.51%
3RD PLACE: Team Lincoln - 56.5%
4TH PLACE: Team Galileo

One more week to go, everyone! Keep up the good work!!!

Hi team,

I am just coming back from my doctor to have my right foot checked. Since Sunday's long run I had a pain under it and after this morning run it was even worst. I had trouble walking for a couple of hours.

Long story short, he stoped me from running for at least a week This is no fun, right in the middle of my half mary training. So I am kinda unhappy right now to be honest.

I am sorry about that, I know it will hurt my % of goal achieved for the month in running

Sorry that the injury is messing you up.

Did he say you could aqua jog?  Distance is a pain but if your goal is time it can be done   Or, we can decrease the % you aren't able to participate due to medical reasons like we have in the past.

I missed my hour long ride last night.  I was just too sick to get on the bike and try to do it.  I'll probably come up a little short on biking because of it.  Sorry team.

Relatively on track, here.  Bit of a long run tomorrow, then since I noticed I have Sunday off, figure I'll slide that last 30' swim in with some ST on Saturday---barring anything that goes awry.  Plan is golden!

Hey team

I just finished my last workout of the month. All logged in the spreadsheet. I cut 115 minutes from my running goal since it was what I had left when I injured myself. If this is not right, Jenny, feel free to fix it.

Great month team, I hope to see you all in another challenge soon!

I am still really sick (flu?) and there is no way I am going to get my goals done.  Sorry team.  I feel really bad about it, but I am way too sick to do much of anything right now.
