Josh:  Started my official 90 days last night with Chest/Shoulders and it is a lot of fun (so far).  Only 200 pushups and 40 pullups,  but it is a start.  Tonight is Plyo.... Woo Hoo for jumping.  Feel pretty good today so I will assume I didn't do enough.

Sherm:  Yoga?  I thought only girls did Yoga.  Next thing ya know you will be eating Tofu.

Good start Sailing, and yeah I NEED yoga. I use to be pretty flexible but after not stretching for about 10 months I have gotten pretty inflexible

So, I got off of work after a 13 hour day, went home and packed my gym bag. Got up this morning at 5:15, got the swimsuit on, a pair of pants and a shirt and out the door I went. Got to the gym and realized, as I was getting out of the car, that I had forgotten my running shoes and towel for the shower. So, I went back home, got ready and went to work. I suppose I'll just try again tomorrow And on top of it all, I think I'm getting sick...woohoo!!

tricu... sorry about you not feeling well, but great attitude about still trying to stay vigilent.

Saling-- Plyo is pretty intense, your quads are definately going to get a workout.

Sherm-- Yeah I haven't been able, or it seems willing, to even continue with a stretching routine... Yoga definately will help out with that. It makes you hold positions, and helps to flex/stretch the muscle so that range of motion is increased. It's also a pretty good calorie burner.

this week: 151.4 - hey it WAS my birthday!

tbh i need to stop comfort eating and start using other techniques to relax in work, as it's kinda stressful at the moment. have done some good grocery shopping to help with bad in-work purchases. also i need to start taking the weight loss seriously again; i've been gradually gaining and just pretending it's not an issue. so from now till xmas it's all about knuckling down. got a hot date planned with my wiisports tonight

I have a race walker so it is a bit thinner and has aerobars so no need to widen doors.  Picking it up to get over steps still slows me down though.

It's a DvD through P90X, it's about 1 hr 30 min long.
