Went for a 19 mile ride outside, even though I'm sick and had a 100.4 temp this morning. Finally getting fresh air outside made me feel just peachy!!

Got up early to catch a swim cause I'm riding with my friend for 43 miles today   Maybe I should go 49 for the 49th birthday?

In people's calendars I see white squares, light peach squares, dark peache squares and green squares.  I know what those are.  But I also see yellow squares.  What are those for?  How do you get a yellow square?

A yellow square means you wrote in the blog but no exercise.

Green is race day

Light peach is a tri related sport (S/B/R)

Dark peach is any other sport on it's own...yoga/stretching/pilates/crossfit....

Blue means you entered data like wt or resting HR on it's own

All peach so far. I kept the streak alive with 2,000 yards in the pool, 25 miles on the bike, and 20 mins of stretching.

I *heart* daylight savings time too -- once I get used to it! Today, I'm just all confused. (Is it dinner time? Or is it too early? Or too late? Or.....)

Got my peach while watching cycling on Versus TV.

I am so bummed.  I have had continuous peaches since November 30 and last night I got in late and hadn't gotten my peach and completely forgot about doing my "weak peach" routine of sit-ups, push-ups and squats.  I remembered about 2:30 this morning, but it was a new day.  So, March won't be completely peachy and I am back to Day 1.  This is a very good reason to work out in the morning and not save it for the night.

Well, I managed to keep my peach streak alive in spite of a CRAZY day yesterday.  I was working by 5am and didn't leave there until 10pm.  I did a lot of walking and lifting during the day, but nothing "official", so I did 15 minutes of stretching before I went to bed. It felt great!  I need to do that more often!

Sorry for the late.  8/8

Was supposed to go for a 3 hour ride, but someone decided he wanted to come to the world early. So 10 mins of core and 20 min os stretching will have to do.
