Ok...so I added ab work. I set some lofty goals (for me at least) and I intend to make them all. When I use my treadmill at home I'll have to guess the distance as it does not measure it due to a malfuncion. I figure I'll use 6 mph as a guide as I usually run faster than that and that way I am not overestimating. |

It's about 20 degrees outside but I heard earlier that it felt like -5 due to the wind. (I CANNOT believe this wind we are having!) so even though I'm training for a half-mary in march (it will probably be chilly) i'm running inside... on a treadmill :P fun fun! let me go get my peach right now! |

Looks like it will be a balmy "2" in the a.m. Decisions, decisions.... I did buy some new cold weather gear yesterday. Some long pants that are supposed to be wicking and a fleece sweatshirt that said "cold weather gear" on it- not sure if it is wicking or not. Maybe I'll give it a go just to see. Nothing a hot shower won't fix, right? |

Either today or tomorrow. I also get to shovel today for the third or fourth day in a row. How do people in Alaska or those other super snowy states do it?
