Added myself to the West team. 50 miles for the month.  3.25 out of the way thanks to the Hell run yesterday.  Ouch.

Good luck everyone

Naturally October starts with two (scheduled) rest days from running and a recovery week - starting out strong.

Took a rest day yesterday, so four miles completed today -- only 84 to go. Oh dear. :-(

I hope everyone has a great day today!

2 miles completed yesterday (Sat.) and 10 miles completed today.  I was hoping to do 20, but something didn't feel right - I'm thinking not enough recovery from my 10 miles that I did Fri.  Better to bag and recover then overdo.

First run session of the month done today, for the first time in months it was cold and raining and so much fun to run in!!  I love the fall :-)

Yay, Yanti!!!

This past weekend my husband had Air Guard drill, so as usual, I couldn't get away for running. It's on like Donkey Kong starting today though. Look out!

ah, I get it ... adding World to Canada makes it great, but adding me to the mix makes it so superbly superlative that you just "don't know anymore" how to come up with words that befit its surpassing supremacy, RIIIIIIIIGHT??????
