Hope all is good with everybody! Have a great day Tom
Don't sweat it, the training you did in March will see you through. Just ease back in to it, don't rush back in and get injured. It's much better to get there under prepared than injured. Races are not won by the last 4 weeks worth of training, but the previous xx months of training. Hope you had a good time in Orlando. You've made me jealous. Thanks Darren Had a great time, everybody are so friendly and places so clean, not sure the bank manager will agree though but definitely will be going back to the states for my next holiday! |

Pennsylvania | Subject: RE: Manatee Mentors 2016 - Part deux Originally posted by JBacarella I ran outside for the first time today. I was like Steve Martin in The Jerk when he discovered he was in the phone book. I attached a picture of the lighthouse by my house which serves as a turn around for most of my runs. Now THAT is a beautiful turn-around point, thanks for sharing! I always love seeing the places the manatees run and ride, it somehow makes it all the more relateable. |

812 Katy, Texas | Subject: RE: Manatee Mentors 2016 - Part deux Sweet bike TJ!! Go Janyne!!! We're swamped here in Houston today, rain out for everyone so I'm home with the kids. We didn't flood last night but it looks like the water might be running out of places to go. It's not really raining right now and the water is higher on the street than anytime last night when we got 10+ inches of rain. Hope it doesn't keep dumping, but they say it's not going to stop until Friday. Ugh. |

Her wave was supposed to start at 10:50 Boston time, which is 9:50 Chicago time, so she must have just started. (it's 10:15 in Chicago ===> 11:15 in Boston). The first split will be posted at 5k. Do we know how fas she would do 5k? Of the Boston marathon...? |

I am on my computer at work and used http://www.baa.org/individual.html and her bib number (23242). The avi's legs are moving (which I must say amuses me) but she remains as yet unmoved. |
