Thanks BT for all the great support! The race was tough - it was hotter than I expected and had some tummy issues (puked at mile 81) but I got stronger as the run went on so all is good. Now I am off to bed. The shoulder was a non-player but I will say doing an IM is one HARD thing especially after the little or no training I have done in the last few weeks after the injury.

I saw alot of Ernie (ejc999) and he looked awesome out there. And Tony (Alum1) was full of smiles and mirth like usual.

Great job everybody!
