About Athlete tracking: Will they update every time we cross a mat, or just the transitions? And the current theory is that we'll be crossing a mat every lap? Will the updates make any sense to someone who may not understand this course?

Warn your family, though, that they can be slow to update- I remember lags of an hour or more sometimes. Great to meet everyone that I had a chance to today! Thanks Marianne for hosting!

Regular 108 | Subject: RE: Ironman Arizona : Official Thread Checked in yesterday. Tempe is a great venue for a race. We are staying at mission palms and you don't even need a car. Transition is 2 blocks away, and there are more bars and restaurants than I can count. Btw. The new tri sports store across the street is awesome. Great service too. Fixed my rear derailer on the spot. |
