I had a great but slow 28mi bike yesterday! First time out this season and it was awesome! The weather was perfect. Today is an hour run and tomorrow I have a cycle training.

I've got a 5k race tomorrow and the weather should be perfect. Sunday's gonna be cloudy but it will also be warm and with little wind so I will take the tri bike out for another ride; I gotta figure out if I'll use it for my first tri.

The foam dispensing establishment is only a couple of blocks from where I live so even if I'm weaving on the way home its still a short walk

I had a great race; surpassed my pre-race expectations and put up a new PB! Based on last year's results I thought I had a solid chance at placing in my age group but I still missed out

I haven't seen the official results yet so I don't yet know how far back I was.

DH and I just got back from a 3 mile up hill run/ walk. It was STEEEEEP and on a trail so it was slooooowwww, too.
