The triathlon went so well

I loved the swim, the ride and the run! 

We are so lucky to practice such a wonderful sport

Today I should get out there and ride 

I need to rack up the km to reach my riding goal

Glad to hear that your ITB did not bother you. Your bike and run times were great.

Don't you need a rest day after your race?!?

I'm not sure if I am going to do my long run today or tomorrow.  Sunburn hurts a lot today and sweating is going to make it worse.  Since I have tomorrow off, I can give it another day to heal and go run tomorrow.

I will take the break tomorrow, today was too nice I got a 100km ride to get ready for my century in two weeks

After 24 hours I can definatly say that Neal doesn't have internet access where he is, no post from him at all.

Or he's damn busy foam inspecting

I finished my Oly in 3:28:31

Overall it went pretty well. Tough course, and the run was brutal!

Temps were in the 80's, and the first and last 1.5 miles was uneven dirt trail.

My achilles hate trail running. I ended up walking alot of the run

I got it done though, and now it's just 3 weeks to Boise 70.3

I think I may have been nuts when I signed up for Boise. Should be interesting
