Ran my virtual 5k this morning.  Tears and sweat this morning.
This is terrible, simply terrible.  Thinking about it, still makes me choke up.
Certainly makes you appreciate what you have at home.

I'm registered and will be running my virtual 5k here in Portland on Sunday during IMLP.

I didn't know Christine but she sounds like a WONDERFUL woman and I love Doug and Shannon's idea of running the race in silence to focus on how precious life is and not have outside distractions.

Godspeed Christine, you will be sorely missed!!!!!
