Master 2231 Des Moines, Iowa | Subject: RE: Back to School Runnin' Fool - Sept Challenge Roster Update and Important Announcement * See updated rosters - team captains please add new people to your team charts. * Still need a team captain for the Okra's and the Auggies. * I've changed the reporting week to Sun through Sat (except the first week will begin on a Monday). We will also go though the end of the month instead of stopping at the 27th as the initial challenge post stated. * Reporting time periods are as follows Sept 1 to 6 Sept 7 to 13 Sept 14 to 20 Sept 21 to 27 Sept 28,29,30* Team Captains - Please note the above information. As your job will be to email me your teams results each week. I need the total miles run for each team member that week. You can email results to me at [email protected]. * Teams can keep your own spreadsheets however you want - I won't be creating spreadsheets for you to track your progress. * The main spreadsheet I've been using for roster updates will be the one I use to report results. I'll update it each week after all the team captains report. * Email me or leave a PM if you have questions. Thanks!! Shawn

Extreme Veteran 307 | Subject: RE: Back to School Runnin' Fool - Sept Challenge Yup, that's my pic. I had a professional head-shot taken for my website. It's all part of my "web presence" for the business. If you visit my website, you'll see my "bio" All looks sooooooo professional! But you should see me when I'm all sweaty & grungy...with my favorite cosmetic - bike grease! Thanks for the compliment! Edited by ggwellness 2008-08-28 6:08 AM |

September is my month to kick it up a notch, so I will start with this bold move! Team Auggies: I need to have your help. Can someone else please create a chart and thread for the team? I am not technically savvy enough to figure out those things! Get ready to run! Have a great weekend everyone! Linda |

Extreme Veteran 307 | Subject: RE: Back to School Runnin' Fool - Sept Challenge This challenge is serious for me now...I'm thinking of doing the Rattlesnake Sprint at Powerman Florida this year. It's a dua - run 2.5, bike 16.3, run 2.5. Since the run is my absolute worst event...that's a challenge. Run, run, run! |

Expert 1112 I'm a Tennessee girl living in SoCal. | Subject: RE: Back to School Runnin' Fool - Sept Challenge What sort of bribing is required? I actually just got cleared by the doctor today to start training again (well, no swimming yet) after the better part of a month off. I could sure use a challenge to help me get back in the groove of training again. If I can get in, I'd like to go for 24 miles. Thanks! |

Due to logistical reasons however, Today will be the last day to sign up. I'll update the spreadsheet later today. Looking forward to a great challenge! Go Okras! |
