Plus he "threw in" fixing a crap load of door dings (one that left freaking blue paint on my car - what is wrong with people?!). She looks purty. Hmm ... I don't recall any bad dings in your car last year. Did you get into an accident or something? My car had a smashed in front bumper when I picked you up. The hail damage, while it was on nearly EVERY panel of my car (seriously), is harder to see if you don't know it's there.

Oh that's right. I was thinking of Tom's truck. When he came to the hotel with me I rode with him instead of you. OK wait. That sounds bad. |

Early moring workouts added to significant cutback in calories is doing a number on me... According to the calcs, to get to 10% body fat, I need to get to 200 lbs or so. That's 40 lbs I need to lose. So that's my 'goal' but I may stop anywhere after getting to 220, if I look and RACE well.... |

I know the "sports nutrition" place I went to that did body comp analysis wanted me at like 200 & 10% and I'm a few inches shorter than you. |

Sensei Sin City | Subject: RE: TAN #64 - A Case of Temporary InTANity Mini rant about television reporters trying to fill time... They were interveiwing the 'butler' (it's not what he was called, but that's what he is) of the White House. They asked him what if the President want something special to eat at night. His answer was, "we ask him what he wants and we get it for him." Then he was asked what if the President wanted any kind of magazines to read in the White House. His answer was, "we ask him what he wants and we get it for him." Then he asked what if the President want any kind of special items like shaving cream or something. His answer was (and this time he was starting to look amused), "we aks him what he wants and we get it for him."
Why don't they get it? He's the PRESIDENT!!! They get him whatever he wants!!!! How many examples to you need to ask to understand that!!! |

Davenport, IA | Subject: RE: TAN #64 - A Case of Temporary InTANity So quick training related story from last night: Went to the pool I swim at and it was closed for swim team practice, second pool I go to is closed because their HVAC system is inop in the pool area, so by the time I get to the 3rd YMCA I can use it's like 7pm (I ate a snack at 4ish to be ready to swim at 5:30-6). I was finishing up my workout (swam a total of 1900yds, wanted to go for 2k) doing cool-down laps, breaststroke instead of freestyle. Had inteded to do 200yds for cool-down, but right after I turned around at 75yds both of my quads and my right hamstring spasmed all at once. I was very happy I was in the shallow end of the pool where I could just stand up. |
