MDHillSlug - 2009-05-27 9:39 AMGood morning!

I did a run/swim/run brick this morning to catch up on my running and swimming goals. I'll definitely hit 100% now!
Woot, great job Nothing like those brick and race bonus to get you back on track

That's an entertaining idea.  Maybe I should do it this year before it starts getting to hard.

Since I turn 41 I should do 4 mile swim 41 mile ride and 1 mile run? Can I turn it around and swim 1 then run 4?

Also, since it's metric here maybe I could do km instead of mile?

I'll be 51 in another month or so. The 1 mile run is possible. 51 miles biking maybe possible by then. 5 miles (or even 5km) swimming....not a chance.

Would be way more fun if we could switch the number around, like swim the smallest etc

I ran again today.  It sucked again.

Every time I run I get pain in my right side near my ribs.  Enough that it prevents running farther.  My legs are fine, other things are not.  I'm frustrated.
