Hey guys!  8.5 mile this morning.

I  missed yesterday's run...I have narcolepsy, which I manage very well but once in a great while I have a major sleep attack.  Saturday night I went to bed at 10pm, woke up Sunday morning at 10am, thought about the workout for the day, the next thing I knew I woke up and it was 7:30pm Sunday night.  I lost an entire day!  Wandered downstairs, say hello to the family, back up to bed and slept until this morning!  It was a doozy of an episode!

I got 6.5 miles in yesterday, a few hours before the blizzard hit. We have about an inch or two of snow now. The wind has died down. The sun is out. I'll get out there for a short run later this morning or early this afternoon. I hope everyone's staying warm today.

Great job! I hope you have safe travels tomorrow. I'll be thinking of you on the 25th. It will be a high of 18F here, 30 mph winds, and snow, so I sure hope you won't be suffering much because my Christmas run is going to be a bear.

I took an easy week last week, so I will kick it back up to finish the month strong. I should hit 100 miles easily. I logged 2.65 today, 3.7x yesterday.

How's Hawaii, Kim? I hope you are having a fantastic time.

I ran a short run today. I am not a badazz like DH. I wimped out. Just 1.3 But at least I did it.

ahhhhhh, good job. But...had a little too much going on today, including a constipated 4 year old, a niece with a lice out break, digestion of last nights feast and preparation for tonights feast.

Good job though everyone who got it done today. Well Done.
