I am sleep deprived thus my actions cannot be held against me. Well stop playing with that thing all night and get some sleep!! I'm too tired for that nonsense. Been getting about 3 or less a night of sleep for the last 4 days or so. I'm fried! Now I'm trying to do financial things and organize financial things and it's going poorly. Me brain is working so good. Ahhh that sucks... I have had little to no sleep this week.. Freaking out about this minor surgery on Friday and being laid up over christmas. and worst of all. My mom works Christmas this year at the nursing home. My best Friend Stef and her Boyfriend are gone to Florida for the holidays. So I am spending Christmas day at home alone all day, myself and my playstation I guess. I also had to give up coffee as of today to prepare for surgery. I have a pounding headache and can't stay awake. That does blows! I have a Wii ... otherwise we could play games online! I've got a cranky teenager to keep me company. I hope your recovery is swift! Enjoy the down time if you can. And drink tons of coffee too!!! Yes we are! And how would you prefer we behave? START ACTING LIKE IT! |

It sounds like it's going to blow up and is only blowing in cold air from the outside. They can't come until late Thursday afternoon. And it's to be like 20 tonight and 40 tomorrow and snow and rain. Turns out, she spotted 3 Harris Hawks (large, beautiful birds) in our back yard, eyeing the 4 chickens we have running around out there. We grabbed the chickens (no easy task) and locked them safely back in their coop. At which point, the Hawks lost interest. Apparently, they heard that they taste like chicken. My daughter would have been heartbroken, as she raised them from baby chicks a few months ago and feels like their mother. |

You use a cool looking trap that consists of a bird in a birdcage with knotted loops all over it to catch them and tag them. My biologist buddy told me all about it. Why do I say that? Because your coop could accidentally catch a really ticked-off Harris Hawk. I hope you have small-enough chicken wire. |
