Hi TAN.  I grew up in house with all women, well beside when my dad was alive.  I never heard or EVER passed gas unless it was in the bathroom(or behind closed doors).  I sure, I am in the minority here but I hope to never hear this happen with anyone other than a elderly person or baby! 

At one point I lived with my aunt, her 7 daughters and me.......this is too many women in one house hold.  A LOT of crazy! 

i grew up with all women (mom and sister) and my sister and i both married the gassiest dudes i know.  she recently farted in my face when i was visiting her.  we're rebelling against our upbringing, i guess!

My family gatherings are composed of my wife, our 2 daughters, my Mom, my sister, and her 3 daughters. The drama... We were all out to dinner one night and a guy at the next table bought me a drink and later came over and said I thought you'd need this. He was right.

We saw a dad out solo with his four daughters at the park the other day. They were ages 7 down to 1. Our group all expressed our "condolences" and good lucks.

Here's a related story. Its a slow day here today. Last Firday younger daughter comes home and says guess what. I'm thinking along the lines of school related, maybe basketball related. She says a boy asked her out. Totally turned me upside down as this was first that I completely wasn't looking for. Needless to say I managed to invite myself along but had the decency to attend a different movie at the same theater. After the movie to stay relevant I offer to buy dinner. I have to say it was pretty nice having another male voice at the table. Unfortunaly I don't think there's gonna be a second date. I think I ended up liking him more than she did... Maybe thats the strategy.

ahhhh...but what if she's a rebel? You'll have to use reverse psych on her.

Its tricky. Hows that saying go- with sons you have to worry about 1 d-ck. With daughters you have to worry about thousands of them...

Iowaman - yes the storm was not a fun one.  Spent 2 hours shoveling and snow blowing and as soon as I finished, the city came and plowed me back in.  I only saw one vehicle in the ditch on my way to work.  Sorry to hear about your dented office.

A little warning would be nice when you let these ones go.  Though you grabbing the blanket and burying your face in it is usually a good indicator that something toxic has been released. 

On a topic completely unrelated to noxious fumes expelled by mammals...

Does anyone watch the show Smash?  I'm completely addicted to it now, but not so sure I like all the 'side' songs during the episodes.  They get a tad annoying IMO. 

my dog does the dutch oven every once in a while too...he will run right out from under the covers right afterwards.

I'm not a fan of "singing" shows but the previews looked cool. Kind of like Nashville?

Lately I've been watching The Bachelor (rawr), Scandal, and Parenthood. Good trainer ride stuff.

Yeah, but they went after me for using a big word...

So if you're alone in your office and you break wind and someone comes-into your office, do you feel bad?  I mean not right before you were scheduled to have a meeting, but at a random point in time?

I like the 'production' part of the show - putting on a musical about Marilyn Monroe seems pretty cool to me - but the songs that are part of the plot outside of the show I'm not sold on.  I haven't seen Nashville, but heard mixed reviews about it.  I think I saw 1 episode of Scandal, I've never seen Parenthood, and haven't ever really watched the Bachelor. 

Now that my daily freedom is hopefully coming to an end, I don't want to start watching shows that I'm going to have to spend a lot of time catching up on!
