To add to it, I went and bought a salad from JIB (Asian Chicken - yum).  And they short changed me one piece of chicken.  I usually get three tenders, just two this time...  Grrrrrrr.

It's like 60 degrees here today, but it supposed to plummet beginning tonight. Just in time for my 20-miler this weekend

Yes.  How's your day going?

I know!! But the cool thing is that I'm doing a 4-mile loop, five times. I sent an email to my runner friends and asked if they wanted to 'sign up' to run a loop or more with me. I've got one who is going to try for the full 20, and 2 or 3 more who are going to join me at certain loops. Hopefully that will give me the boost I need to make it to 20.

I did that for my 20 mile run.  The third loop was really really hard.  Having friends do it with you is a good idea.

Yes.  How's your day going?

Pretty good. I've got a temp position that could go permanent, so that's a relief. And it's not just basic admin; so at least for awhile while I ride out the economic situation and look for something that I REALLY want to do, it'd be a job with benefits, etc. And it's super-close to my house (like a mile away). So we'll see. At least for the short-term, I've got work starting tomorrow.

And, nice date with cute Match.com boy last night. So we'll see how that goes as well.

Sadly, no - the building is on the same road off of which I live and off of which my old office was - Rte 7 in Tysons Corner. So, not safe Which blows cuz it's even closer than my old office.
