what does tea bag mean? Seriously? Ignorance is bliss. not sure why YOU are chiming in on this question? As you may notice, Mr. Ironman, it is a "halo emoticon", not the "wink emoticon". I have no idea what you boys are talking about but unlike Suzy, I will not be going onto Wikipedia to "research" said "question". And don't email me the link! I will not look at it! So there! Don't ruin my rosy world!

Agree with Kyla and John on the training while sick. Sometimes with a head cold I actually feel better if I run, but you really do have to listen to your own body. The most important thing is getting well.
Hi Roni, you're photos on your profile are pretty amazing, I love mountains! As for exercising when sick, my understanding is that you never exercise with a fever but if it's more of a head cold exercising is ok as long as you don't have any chest symptoms. I usually find an easy run makes me feel better if I've got a cold or sore throat. |

Master 1952 Guelph, Ontario | Subject: RE: SWBKRUN fast, furious, and closed Had a great swim tonight with some lady friends. How come almost all my friends are women. "NOT" complaining just wondering. I also finally completed my Personal training certification. I had to do an evaluation with the director of athletics at the university and when it was over she said I had done one of the best she had seen in a long time and offered me a p/t position as a personal trainer at the University. It was a long haul but totally worth it. I am on cloud nine right now. Hope everyone is having as good a day as I am. Edited by Redknight 2011-05-24 7:38 PM |

My allergies, cold, sinus issues or whatever are still kicking my butt. My ears are so clogged right now I can barely hear. It feels like my head in underwater. Plus my little girl threw up this morning and has something. Normally I wouldn't be to worried - these things happen but the timing could not be worse. She has her big ballet recital practice tonight and show tomorrow. She has worked for almost a year on the routine and has a big part in the show. I just hope she gets better soon. I'm not sure I can handle the tears if she is sick. She will be so disappointed. In the same boat your in these allergies are ridiculous this year I hope your daughter gets better soon |

Extreme Veteran 368 Lamar | Subject: RE: SWBKRUN fast, furious, and closed Congrats to John and all of the racers this weekend Kyla congrats on your daughters race sounds like she will be an Olympic star soon. No races for me last weekend even though I felt like I was in one. trying to get the house and parties ready for the events. Saturday I took my cousin to Fowler and let her run one of my dogs in a HRC hunt test and which they did pass even though they had a few glitches. Am really proud of Otis for front footing both marks especially when they were pigeons and hadn't picked up on of them in a year, Also he has never worked with anyone but me. Sunday was the big day. My son Michael graduated from high school and with the weighted classes he took he is just a few credits shy of going into college as a sophomore. And again Congrats to everyone. |
