Ann-Marie, TW and I were talking about my race schedule for the winter this week and I mentioned Flatwoods. She stated that trail racing was off the table for this year and possibly forever. Now I'm more determined to get up there again! |

I have been getting really into this show, Empire, and I think I am starting to confuse it with reality. LOL time to get back to running, this life isn't for me!!! I'm going to the Trail Running Film Festival tonight, I'll bet that will jump-start my training. But first, I am going on a really cool adventure this weekend for my friend's bachelorette party. It's going to be AWESOME. |

I'm still keeping fit, but taking some time from structures training - I don't even record all my workouts, if you can believe it!
