Its the last lap of the swim(did all 800m with the technique in the vid lol) and my transition to the bike. Enjoy the comedy!

Thanks for sharing this....I did that exact stroke for my first super sprint (200y) the year I started .  What's the scoop with the woman in high heels at the end of the pool?  was she your timer? or your personal cheering section?

LOL she was the timer, wish she was my cheering section though Smile

I thought maybe she was your wife, girlfriend, sig other who showed up from her high paying modeling job to cheer you on....did you get her #?

I was planning on it but when I finally finished I was worried about standing straight Laughing

TrevorC - 2011-01-30 2:50 PM Grape Juice that was the best 5 minutes I've spend in front of my computer in a while. Awesome commentary in T1. No one can over acuse you of not being deliberate.
Love the fact that there was a dog dipping his head into the pool as you were swimming.
Didnt that guy in T1 realize you were being filmed. CMON MAN, get out of the shot!!!
And hey, has you buddy who was filming done a tri yet? You'll have to turn the camera on him!

Yea he thought I was starting my run so he was going to run with me, couldn't say much cause he out ranks me lol. That was my friend Tucker that was filming, he actually participated in the TRI on a relay team. He did the swim. He had the 2nd fastest swim time, He says he is like a walrus, graceful in water awkward on land lol which is so true

Today was spent doing one of our favorite hikes on the Island, the Nualolo and Cliff Trails.  2800 ft of awesome climbing and spectacular views.  The man nearly lost an eye, but thanks to the glasses Kim sold him, he only got cut below the lashes....looks Marlboro like ...

I'm sorry, but you are not allowed to complain about any month that you pass 100 miles running! I am down 75 miles running from last January! Bike and swim were up though! Good job, especially with being sick. A lot of us had that issue.

Not too bad, especially considering how little I'd been doing the previous few months.  1 month of IM training down, 7 more to go!!!!!

Been a slow month... not really how I expected to start the new year.  I've got plenty of excuses but non of them are legit, haha!

On another note, its 16*F this morning... in West TEXAS!!!  It was 72 just yesterday... stupid texas weather.   BIG props for you northern MGers running in this weather daily.  I'll just wait, it'll be 40 again tomorrow!
