do you want to make another movie?

Do it....  and you can call "Slow and Steady gets you onto the Bike...... Eventually."

or  make a kids movie and call it" I Like to Slowly put on my Socks."

So nice that you boys are putting the band back together.

you're our #1 groupie.

This came up a while back about the benefit or lack there of for single leg drills.  This came out of an active.com email with tips from Bicycling magazine.  So for what it's worth:

3 Leg-Strengthening Exercises for Cyclists

Single-Legged Pedaling: Strengthens hips and backs of thighs; also teaches muscle memory for smooth cycling.

Interesting article, I hate doing single leg drills!!!, probably because I'm crap at them...

Anyone ride a fixie?? It's meant to be a big help, I'm not sure you cope on downhills though.

Hi Kids....made it to our Minocqua house...lake is gorgeous, but it is COLD up here....supposed to be 28F over night.  The lake is 42F!

Congrats to Rob, Happy Birthday to Christina....Andy lives and we all have pacing issues on tri runs!

Saw lots of other chatter, some worth commenting on (see above) and some not (John and Trevor)!!!

Have a great weekend...I'll be sporadic.  Internet in the northwoods is SLOOOOOOOOOOOOOOW!

LOL, we're sitting here eating breakfast and our son is going over his nutrition plan, telling us when he is going to eat his sharkies and his sports beans for his race on Sunday.  He said "I gets cramps while running, mostly hunger cramps so I need to make sure I eat".

Hi everyone,  thanks for the advise on the concentrated nutrition for the bike. I'll give it a go this weekend.  Congratulations to all the great racers and birthdays throughout the week.

Welcome back Roni!

Rob - that is super fantastic! I am so proud and so happy for you.

Kyla- all I can say is "like mother like daughter"

Tony - sorry about the bad move at the bike race but like you said, you learn from your mistakes and it makes you a smarter racer.

BTW, I'm still having troubles with my RR.  I use the Chrome browser but I don't know if that has anything to do with it. I think I just have bad karma right now.

John, I LOVE all the photos and videos.  Keep them coming.  I am literally sitting here with tears streaming down my face from that last video.  They are all so inspiring.  I love the short one of you and Jarrett hugging on the race course and you can hear her crying.

And the best part is that it's SIMPLE!  We ALL need Sharkies and Beans!!  Quite messing with Infinite and SE; don't need HEED or Perform, bring on the Sharkies!!

Love it.

I've had issues posting RRs with Chrome -- same as you, I go to upload it and it's not there. Last time I did an RR I finally resorted to IE and it worked fine.
