My goals for the month are...

S - 4000m

I know it is a 'bit' bike focused...

Of course!  I put you on the Pumpkins' team.

MDHillSlug - 2008-03-30 9:20 PM Are we on our own for creating a logging spreadsheet? If so, where did the spreadsheet with the stated goals go?

No, I will post them a link to them tomorrow in your team threads.

I started a spreadsheet for Team Lively Lava. All it needs are the personal goals. Can you finish it off for me?

I'm actually going to make them all for the team.  It will save my sanity to have them all be the same format.  I will give you a link to it.

Count me in. After the disaster that March was with training (had the flu and then a major family emergency) I really need to get back on track. If it wasn't for the March challenge, my bike would've been completely screwed. Somehow my run didn't suffer...although the swim took a toll. Blah.

Here are my goals...

Swim: 8000 yards
Bike: 200 miles
Run: 60 miles
Core: 5 strengthening sessions

Here are my goals:
13,000 yards swimming
13 hours bike
65 miles run ( I would have kept the 13 theme going, but 13 miles is too little and 130 miles is too much)

Go Elephants!
