Jason is in WI, right? (I learned that you're in WA when you and Steve were trying to find an event located between the two of you, and settled on OR.) Not that it matters - you're going to be with Steve and Jason --> because you motivate the stuffing out of one another. (Who's going to hit their goals first this time? Shall we have a competition within the competition again?) there will DEFINATELY be competition within competition again. and i'm not strictly competing with jason and steve. anyone can be a target everyone should CONSIDER themselves a target. mua ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha!! |

Veteran 131 Tampa, Florida | Subject: RE: November "Your Choice" Challenge Dee, Can you add 10lb weight loss to my goal? Also, can you post a list of the teams? I read somewhere that you've made up preliminary teams complete with spreadsheets, but for some reason my computer won't let me open the spreadsheet. So if you could just post a plain list in the text of a post(when you get time), that would be great. Thanks for putting this together! Jess |

Master 2235 Pacific Northwest | Subject: RE: November "Your Choice" Challenge I'm in....I am going to challenge myself to do the equivalent of an Oly Tri each week....so... Per week: swim 1 mile, Bike 24 miles or 90 min, Run 6 miles. Extra credit for weight lifting or pilates class. Thanksgiving week will be challenging since I will be visiting Washington DC with the family, but can do my best! I know my dad's apt building has a fitness center in it so I will fit it in somehow. |

Elite 3002 HURRICANE, Utah | Subject: RE: November "Your Choice" Challenge I'm in too.......any team is fine Here's my plan Bike 175 miles-I teach a spin class 3 days a week so if I average 13.46 miles per class should be fine on this one. Run- Lets up this from last month and go for 50 miles. It will be a bit hectic since my employee that gets my restaraunt ready for opening decided to have her baby 4 weeks early! But I do live for hecticness. Swim- lets try 5000 meters. Not too much but hey atleast it will get me wet! :-) Like my bumper stickers says "swimming makes me wet"

Champion 23360 Taser-World | Subject: RE: November "Your Choice" Challenge saling4 - 2007-10-29 9:25 AM I tell ya women have memories like elephants. I would have a Twinkitar, BUT no ONE ever answered my plea on how to change it (you will find that in the same thread). So there!!
Looks like a great team to me. The spreadsheet will be a bit weird...LOL. How To Change Your Avatar 1. Open your BT.com control panel. (This is where you set up your friends, personal bests, etc.) 2. Scoll to the bottom. Look for "upload profile image." 3. Click browse. Find the image on your computer. 4. Click "go". Now.... about that TWINKIE. You still have 3 days left. LOL Dee |

So if you could just post a plain list in the text of a post(when you get time), that would be great. Thanks for putting this together! Jess Hi Jess, Well, I DID have preliminary teams made up. But then the Dead came stomping along and changed everything. LOL Actually, we also had a big surge of people joining. So I'm tossing those previous teams out, and will be redoing everything. (We have over 50 people so far!) Do you want to be on any particular type of team, or with any specific people? I'd put you on a team with people doing "all around" workouts (swim, bike and run). I'd also made a note to put Erin (Fielding) on your team, since you're both Apples this month, provided she puts down the same type of workouts (swim, bike, run). But you can certainly specify the type of team - or specific people! Dee |

(Even though she isn't a newbie, herself.) So I'd like to take advantage of that. But I'd like to keep you two together, since you're in similar time zones! (When she's online at 5 PM in Sidney, it's about 2 AM in the USA. And we can't understand why she keeps saying it's so HOT outside. Brrrr - We have a frost warning here tonight! LOL) If you prefer not to be on a newbie team, I can make her a captain of one of the others. Your call! Dee |
