Extreme Veteran ![]() ![]() ![]() | ![]() JOGO: I'm 3/3 as of today, and will be 5/5 by Sunday at noon! Next week will be a challenge, as I have shizz to do after work on Monday and Tuesday and no structured morning group workout (which is the only thing that gets me out of bed in the AM to exercise). JOGO will have to be my surrogate group work out. I'm thinking yoga Monday AM, given the race-filled weekend, and an easy run Tues AM. please hold me accountable! |

Master ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ![]() Originally posted by jogo UPDATE ON TRAINER: Resolution with Lifetime Fitness: Fitness assessment, complete with metabolic testing and bloodwork, 12 training sessions with senior trainer, re-fitness assesment after 60 days. This works. Yes! I like the idea that you have some assessments -- a baseline and then a re-assessment to measure progress. Excellent! |

Master ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ![]() Good luck racers this weekend. I love June - August because we always have someone to cheer for. I am so tired. I think the weather this week took a lot out of me. I don't realize how stressful it is until I walk outside and see clear blue sky. I breathe so much easier when I'm not constantly looking at cloud formations and assessing wind direction. And now I just want to sleep (without one ear open for sirens). |

Master![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ![]() Looks like much of the storm system going through the midwest is just barely going to miss where I'm at. South end of the county might get hit, but I'm farther up. We've had some rain, but nothing extraordinary. Wondering how to log "demolition work" as my parents needed some help redoing their bathroom. Been awhile since I've done that kind of thing. |

Master ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ![]() Originally posted by crews Originally posted by KansasMom I'm in central Arkansas. One missed us by 4 miles and the other petered out about the same distance away. I think we are all clear for today, but will likely have the same weather pattern come through Saturday (while I'm volunteering at the Tour de Rock and then the Crohn's and Colitis walk). We LOVE that it stays light so late. We (me or the hubbs) can get in a full day at work AND still run or ride. Originally posted by 4agoodlife Jogo done. Still light at 8:30 KS time, so I took my girl for a walk. She is amazed by all the trees and squirrels. LOL. whew... this has been a long day! Where are you all? I like that it's still semi-light at 9:00 here. I can go out for a run at 8:00 without a head lamp. :-) I hope things are going well for you this evening. This current system looks horrible. Be safe. |

I now see why people (ahem.... manatees) find it so fun. :P That is so cool you guys ran together! |

Is there more coming behind this? The current monster is just missing where I'm at. Slight shift and it'll be right on this area, but will likely just see some isolated stuff. |

Master ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ![]() Wow, what a list for the weekend. Go racers!!! Stay safe MidWesterners!!! Keep healing if you are on the DL! Ben, I believe that logging should be done for house demo. I'm sure your parents are thankful that you are helping them out. We have a ton of stuff on tap this weekend, but I did get the bike out for nearly 1.5 hours this morning, so the JoGo streak lives. Tomorrow will be a 5 mile run. Enjoy the weekend everyone!
