Very cool. Would love to get the full story. Yoga alone didn't do that.

Not sure why you think this. I mean obviously there was some life changes including diet but I've seen yoga and simple changes with similar results.

Love the link.

Knowing how hard yoga is, so I am SUPER impressed.  Most people won't make it through the falling over stage.  And standing on your head without your hands!  WOW!

I've seen results from yoga like this.   It's such a good way to shape a lean physique, but it's so hard that not many do it hard core.

(glad he got a haircut, too!)

OMG that's DDP - that guy used to be on my uncle's tv "wrasslin"!  From wrestler to yoga and fitness trainer!

This is a great story, I wish I also knew more of what he did Laughing

Arthur displayed a certain courage in doing much this with the camera running too.

As to diet, apparently DPP recommends gluten- and (cow) dairy-free diet.  His suggested dietary changes also include replacing sugary beverages, even fruit juice, with water and tea-type beverages.  Maybe that's what Arthur did.  http://www.teamddpyoga.com/page/gluten-dairy-free

dodgersmom,thanks for sharing this.
