Thanks for your patience. Our programmer who is able to fix this is traveling until Monday. He will get it handled the first half of this week, and we will post updates.

Mine is also not syncing from Garmin. We will get it handled. Thanks again for sticking with us while we work on it.

I uninstalled the app o my iPhone thinking that might fix this issue but now can’t find and download the app. Could you provide link

Hmm, I tried going there from the link and it says it's not available in the Apple app store.

The app is essentially the mobile version of a site connected to an icon on your phone for easy access. If you can't reinstall from previously installed apps in your account, here's a workaround for now:

Add a website icon to your Home Screen

"You can add a website icon to your iPhone Home Screen for quick access.

While viewing the website, tap the Share button in the menu bar.

Scroll down the list of options, then tap Add to Home Screen.

If you don’t see Add to Home Screen, you can add it. Scroll down to the bottom of the list, tap Edit Actions, then tap Add to Home Screen.

The icon appears only on the device where you add it.

In Safari, the Share button on a website has been tapped, displaying a list of options, including Add to Home Screen."
